MOOD OF THE MOMENT
My dream is to find a plot of land near a forest, ideally near a lake too, and to build a passive wooden house there, to be as self-sufficient as possible.
For me, it's the ultimate goal in my quest for freedom.
Freeing myself as far as possible from energy, food and other dependencies is one of my deepest aspirations.
I'm learning to garden in my little urban green space to prepare myself, very modestly, for this dream life in the countryside.
I'd also like to share the story of my relationship, from its genesis to the present day, and perhaps to the future with the culmination of this dream.
I'd love to see this story published as a novel one day. Just another dream.

‘The best tartare of my life’, said the love of my life. It's true that his dish was particularly well seasoned, and the home fries with parsley butter, oh so good.
For my part, I had a perfectly balanced salmon ceviche with Asian notes. For dessert, we enjoyed a homemade tiramisu.
You can feel the love and art of cooking in every bite, and everything is perfectly balanced. I loved it and I'll be going back with my eyes closed! When we were there, we were served by a duo: the chef in the kitchen and Madame, who gave us a warm and friendly welcome.
