J’ai fêté mon anniversaire il y a deux semaines. 44 ans déjà.

Avant, je me vexais si on oubliait mon anniversaire. Heureusement, j’ai grandi, mûri et j’ai travaillé sur mon ego (travail toujours en cours d’ailleurs) pour ne plus être contrariée à ce sujet.

Ah l’ego. Ami ou ennemi ?

Les anniversaires sont-ils des célébrations de l’ego ? Le renforcent-ils ?

Le renforcement de l’ego est-il bon pour la coopération, l’harmonie et la paix, et donc la survie de l’espèce humaine ?

Modern French cuisine with multiple influences, fresh produce, home-made.

‘The best tartare of my life’, said the love of my life. It's true that his dish was particularly well seasoned, and the home fries with parsley butter, oh so good.

For my part, I had a perfectly balanced salmon ceviche with Asian notes. For dessert, we enjoyed a homemade tiramisu.

You can feel the love and art of cooking in every bite, and everything is perfectly balanced. I loved it and I'll be going back with my eyes closed! When we were there, we were served by a duo: the chef in the kitchen and Madame, who gave us a warm and friendly welcome.
