December magic and holiday season reflections: nostalgia, love and simple joys

December is already here. As 2025 slowly comes to an end, I find myself drawn to this time of year more than ever.

The streets glow with lights, homes feel warmer, and a quiet kind of magic settles in. There’s a gentle nostalgia in the air.

A reminder of childhood, when everything felt simpler, lighter.

I love creating during this season. Handmade gifts, sweet treats, small thoughtful gestures… It may seem old-fashioned, but that’s exactly what makes it meaningful.

Giving a part of yourself, your time, your attention.

Because in the end, this season reminds us of what truly matters. Beyond the decorations and traditions, there is presence. Being together. Sharing moments with the people we love.

And yet, I also think of those for whom this time of year amplifies loneliness. They are not forgotten.
